Centerless Grinding

Centerless grinding is the ideal choice for the OD grinding of PDC cutters, offering simplicity in operation, exceptional precision, high productivity, and cost-efficiency. Both resin bond and vitrified bond are suitable for PDC Cutter grinding. The key distinction lies in the fact that vitrified bond exhibits greater aggression, enabling faster completion of tasks compared to resin bond. Furthermore, its high concentration ensures superior durability, but makes its cost higher than resin bonds. We ar capable of supplying both options, and they have demonstrated excellent performance on various centerless grinding machines within the workshops of leading Chinese PDC cutter manufacturers.
